Christine Streuli was born in 1975, in Switzerland. Currently lives and works in Berlin, , where she also studied and teaches at the Universität der Künste Berlin. She already counts with more than thirty solo exhibitions in Switzerland, Italy, and the United States and is exhibiting for the first time in Portugal in May 2019. Her work is included in Public collections such as Aargauer Kunsthaus Aarau, CH, Kunsthaus Zürich, CH, Sammlung der Stadt Zürich, CH, Kunstsammlung Kanton Zürich, CH, UBS Art Collection, Sammlung Bank Bär, Zürich, CH. She was awarded several times between 2001 and 2017, more recently with Fred Thieler Preis für Malerei 2017, (DE) in 2017.
